Which person do i write it in?

Okay I'm writing a story about a teenage girl who meets a pedophile on the internet, but which person do you think I should write it in. From her mothers point of view or the girls?And do you think Mandy is a good name for a teen? I'm not big on the narraration its too...movie script it's like reading a play and i think that tends to take away from the story alot
