Can u check any grammatical error about dis' very short letter?

I were informed about the said project going to Rajah Solaiman High School. He forgot to get the waiver, as a proof he showed me the letter you gave last feb.28, 2010. I am allowing my son to join on the said project and pls. accept him because it will have a big impact on his grade. I am verry sorry about it!.
