I used to work out everyday and my relationship was great. Now however i have not worked out in two months...?

and my relationship feels stressful. could this be because of the decrease in working out. i mean when i worked out i sweated hard and worked hard. Also now i snowboard instead now with a new group of friends, could this be affecting my relationship? Also i wanna make my relationship better any tips to spark the flame back haha?
