Michigan CNA exam. Do they use on real of fake patients for the exam?

You're right, the Michigan CNA exam is rigorous but necessary. My cousin got her CNA from there and she had to deal with real patients (her training program at the local community college prepared her for this). However, this might vary based on the skills they want to test you on during the actual CNA test.
