Is the LOST tagline DESTINY FOUND considered copyright material?

I'm making a commercial for LOST and it cant have any copyright materials, logos, or trademark items in it. If I put the words DESTINY FOUND in the trailer, would these words being used in a context related to LOST be under copyright since they are the tagline for the six season? They will be typed and created using my own animation and will not include the words LOST or ABC...
