Dietary Aid Job? Is it Worth it?

I used to work in a Nursing facility and this is what a dietary aide did. It is usually making desserts, wrapping silverware, pouring drinks, making coffee, tea, making trays to put on the carts, washing dishes, washing pots, and pans, stocking food, serving patients (putting the stuff on their table) no feeding, general cleaning, sweeping and mopping. It is hard work, and generally there is a lot of turnover/burnout. On the positive side, it is steady work, and if you like patients, you can really enjoy helping people.
