What if i'm getting anxious about my in laws monetary problems and they want my husband to support them financ?

all our earnings were gone since we spent it to move abroad for a greener pasture and it's just been a year for us. And my in laws are never responsible when it comes to handling money, they just spend and depend on other people during emergency cases.
