Whats this song on a commercial?

ok so on national geographic theres a commercial for hurricane katrina and a guy is singing and he says "('cause?) you always saw the best in me" and thats all i can understand and the song sounds familiar i want to know what it is but ive searched everywhere and all i can find is a song by a guy named marvin sapp or something like that and thats not the song! help please?
