Is this how WW2 happened?

After WW1 the currency in Germany became more and more worthless by the day to the point where people could not buy necessary supplies. Now when these conditions get the point where the majority didn't have enough to eat people began stealing and killing willing to satisfy their hunger. This is a dangerous area because it allows for a major leader and military to arise. Then what do you now Adolf Hitler takes that role. He simply blames it all on Jews as a whole then states "This is your blood! This is your struggle! This is your reich!" maybe not that exactly but somewhere along those lines in which grants him a major military due to this recruitment tactic then after getting such huge support from the people he gains the Enabling Act which basically grants him to do whatever he wants when it comes to military action, then not too long after the biggest war of modern history erupts. Did I get this right or not? If you could tell me what I'm missing or what I got wrong.
