How do u over come shyness.?

im shy and i wanna talk to people around me but im get to scared i have 3 friends 1 is shy like me but the other to are like WOW i wish i could just talk to everyone in cl i just sit there while everyone talks and i sorta like this guy but way to shy to talk uggg i hate it! :'( i wanna talk to this big group of skaters but to shy that theyll just hate me. what do i do!!!!!
