Which of the following statements is not true?
The answer is B. Cytokinesis is the division of the cytoplasm after telophase. When the cytoplasm splits, you have 2 identical daughter cells. Therfore if there were no cytokinesis there would be no two identical cells, which is the definition of mitosis.
