Why do Cathlics and other christians go to school a long time to be priests?

when in my denomination all you gotta do is say you're a pastor and then start fleecing the flock. I guess to them it's actually important to know what they talking about, but ****, i dont care nothing bout that, I just want the money so i can keep buying prostitues. Dont tell em, ok?
