Is Haiti the Somalia of the Western Hemisphere?

picture Bangladesh...then knock every thing down...one of the poorest country's in the western hemisphere. I don't see them coming to America..I did read that 40,000 some Americans call Haiti home..and it is winter up here so lot's of them were in country.
