Argument essay topic on Every Day Use by Alice Walker?

I'm igned to do a 4 page argument essay on Every Day Use by Alice Walker and it can't be a simple argument about who the deserves the quilt and it can't be about heritage. -_-' Can anyone suggest a topic I can do it about? I can't think of one.
